You aren't really messing with it. That website works by loading the website you tell it to go to inside of it, so you never really actually connect to let's say, Oppo. It connects to Oppo for you and lets you browse it as if you were remote controlling the server. I'm probably explaining it poorly, I'm bad at explaining things.

There are a lot of these websites. They're called proxy servers. You can also try a method shown on Lifehacker here that uses Google Translate to try and get through blocked web pages. It all depends on how well set up your network is to block websites. If they do it lazy usually you can use Google Translate or one of those proxies, but if they did it well those options might not work.
